Five questions before choosing
your next business tool

Choose business software with confidence. Start with the problem, the people using it and the full cost.

1. What needs to improve?

Name the task, who does it and where it slows down. Choose tools that solve that problem.

2. Will your team use it?

Plan training and decide which old process the new tool will replace.

3. What is the full cost?

Include licences, setup, migration, integrations, administration and future exit costs.

4. Can your data move?

Check integrations, ownership and export options before committing.

5. How will you test it?

Run a trial using real tasks and clear acceptance criteria.

Your next step

Write a one-page brief covering the problem, budget, users and must-have requirements.
